How We Deliver
Every Motifera Design product is a digital product. It is delivered electronically by email, with no shipping and no delivery charge. Nothing on this website is posted or couriered, and no delivery address is asked for. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If we ever add physical items, this policy will be updated to describe how they ship before they are offered.
What You Receive
Once your payment is confirmed we email a download link to the address you entered at checkout. You receive the items listed under “What’s included” on the product page, in the file formats stated there: for example editable template files, vector and image files, font files, printable PDF and JPG files, or layered PSD mockups.
Delivery Timing
Delivery begins after the payment gateway confirms your payment. This is usually immediate, but online banking, e-wallet and card confirmations can occasionally take longer. Please do not pay again while a payment is pending; the payment result page will tell you when it has been confirmed, and your cart is kept until then.
Correct Email Address
Your download link is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully before paying. We are not responsible for messages that go to an address entered incorrectly, though we will help you where we can. If you do not receive your email within a short time, check your spam or junk folder and that your mailbox is not full. Large collections, such as the mockup creator and texture collection, may arrive as a link rather than an attachment.
If You Have Not Received Your Order
Email motif_eradesign@yahoo.com or call +6010-434 0672 with your order reference, the email address used and the product code. After checking the payment we will re-send your download link at no charge.
Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Occasionally delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including email or hosting disruptions and public holidays. We will keep you informed of any significant delay affecting your order.
Opening & Using Your Files
You will need compatible software for the product you buy: for example Canva, Keynote or PowerPoint for presentation and social templates, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign for layered and vector files, a design app or word processor that supports OTF or TTF for fonts, and a printer or print shop for printable art. Software and accounts are not included. Please keep a backup copy of the files you download.
