Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from MOTIFERA DESIGN SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202601043059 (1705154-W)) (“Motifera Design”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the website you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Who We Are & What We Sell

We create, license and distribute graphic templates, digital illustrations, typography, branding assets, printable artwork and design resources. The current range on this website is 20 products. Every product is a digital file, delivered electronically by email; nothing on this website is shipped.

Licence to Use Digital Products

When you buy a product we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the purpose and by the people stated on that product page under Licence. The licence types on this website are:

• Single-user commercial licence: templates, branding assets and mockups (social media and carousel templates, presentation decks, the portfolio template, the brand identity kit, logo templates, the guidelines deck, stationery templates and the mockup scene creator): for one person or business to edit and use for their own brand and for client projects, and to deliver the finished designs to clients.
• Single-user commercial licence: illustrations, shapes, textures and icons (botanical, lifestyle and geometric artwork, paper and grain textures, and the icon set): for one person or business to use in their own designs and in client projects, such as branding, social content, websites, packaging and print.
• Single-user font licence (the display, serif and sans-serif font products): for one user to install the fonts on their own devices and use them in designs, print and branding, for themselves and for clients.
• Personal-use licence (printable wall art, posters and quote prints): for one person to print the artwork for their own home, office or studio.

One licence covers one person. If a team, studio or class needs a product, each person needs their own licence; contact us if you would like to arrange this. Licences are sold per product: one licence per order line.

Access & Downloads

Digital products are yours to keep under the licence once delivered. Each product page states what is included and the file formats. Templates, mockups, illustrations and other files are for use with third-party apps that you must have yourself; software, apps and accounts (for example Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe apps) are not included in any product.

Restrictions

Unless we agree in writing, you must not:

• resell, redistribute, share, publish or upload the files, in original or edited form, including to file-sharing sites, marketplaces and stock libraries;
• offer our templates, illustrations, fonts, logos, textures, icons, mockups or other files, or lightly changed versions of them, as your own template, kit, pack, font or product, or include them in a pack or bundle that you sell or give away;
• sell artwork on its own or as the main item of a product for sale, for example as a print, poster, sticker or phone case, unless the product’s licence says so;
• share your download link, or let anyone else use your copy;
• share, sell or redistribute font files, or convert them and redistribute the result, or embed them in an app, game, e-book or software product without asking us first;
• use a logo template, or any other sample mark, as a registered trademark without making sure it is original and available for your use, or use our brand name, logo or sample brand names pictured on our covers as your own;
• remove or alter copyright or ownership notices.

Fonts

Font products are licensed to one user. Install the fonts on your own devices and use them in designs, print and branding, including client work in which the font appears in the finished artwork, logo or layout. Using a font as a live web font on a website, or inside an app, game or e-book, needs permission unless the product page says it is listed for that use (for example, the Clean Sans-Serif Font Duo is listed for web and print). Contact us for the web, app or e-book details of any font before you rely on it for that purpose.

Printable Artwork

Printable wall art, posters and quote prints are for your own personal use: you may print them as many times as you like for your own home, office or studio and give a print as a personal gift. You may not sell prints or the files, or use the artwork in products for sale. Printed colour, size and paper quality depend on your printer, ink and paper, and we do not control them.

Intellectual Property

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the products, the website, the logo and our artwork remain with Motifera Design or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a licence to use a digital product, not ownership of the underlying work.

Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, and other product and app names are trademarks of their respective owners. The social media icons pictured in the Icon & Interface Symbol Pack (such as Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Spotify) show other companies’ logos, which stay the property of their owners and may be subject to their brand guidelines. All of these names are mentioned only to describe what our files work with or show; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Prices & Orders

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are the price of the item. Digital products are sold individually: one licence per order line. We may change prices at any time, but the price displayed when you complete checkout is the price you pay for the item. If we find a pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order line and refund any payment made. An order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we send your download details.

Payment

Payment is made online through our payment gateway provider (AXAIPAY) by the methods offered at checkout, such as FPX online banking, e-wallet or card. We do not see or store your card or bank login details. Your order is processed only after the gateway confirms payment.

Delivery & Access

Download links are sent by email, as described in our Delivery & Shipping Policy. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for having the software, device and internet connection needed to open or use a digital product.

Refunds

Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are limited to the situations set out in our Refund Policy.

Content Disclaimers

Templates, mockups and artwork look different in different apps, on different screens, in different software versions and when printed, and you may need to adjust them. We do not guarantee any particular result, income, client outcome or design quality, or that a file will suit your equipment, software version or printer.

Product pages show boxes, devices, printed cards, frames, plants, stone props and styled scenes to illustrate how a product may look. Only the items described under “What’s included” are supplied; boxes, phones, laptops, tablets, printed items and other props shown in a picture are not part of the product. Sample names, text and photographs inside mock-ups are placeholders for illustration.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Products are supplied for general use and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of particular outcomes. We aim to keep online services available but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Malaysian law, including consumer protection law, that cannot be excluded.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content other than as these terms allow. We may change or suspend the website or any product at any time.

Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
